just gonna clear this up for all the people that keep asking "hey, will this tire fit?" almost any tire you find will fit, w/ the exception of one or two. most 2.25 tires inflate to like 2.35 or so, and most 2.3 tires only inflate to 2.2. yes i know it doesnt make sense, but look at something like the Fit faf. the 2.25 is bigger than the 2.3. and with tires such as the demolition 2.35, first of all its meant to be a front tire, and it also only goes up to like 2.36 inflated. the odyssey chase hawk 2.4 is the only tire i can think of off hand that actually is that big, and probably wont fit. this is a great frame, 2.25s 2.3s and almost any tire will fit in here

Vein Answer:  As long it isn't from abuse or modification.  But you still have to send it into the warranty department for final say.

would this fit a cane creek headset???

Vein Answer:  Not sure what you are asking but it is Campy Spec 45/45 integrated headset like 99% of all BMX headsets.

Is the phosphate the same as raw?

Vein Answer:  No it  is cleaned in a phosphate solution and then matte clear coated.

can u run a fbm hub guard whiht the frame

Vein Answer:  It should fit.

the bottom brackette come with the frame ?

would it ruin the warrenty if you got it painted

Vein Answer:  No as long as you don't sandblast or grind it or tear it up any other way.

I rode a 21.25 and I'm 5"7' and loved it Is that too big of a frame or should I just get a 21

Vein Answer:  It is all personal preference.  If you feel good on a 21.25 then get that size.  But I would also ride a 21 just to make sure.

This frame is working out great. Good geometry for the trails and its even light enough for the track. Good job guys!

From the day I got this frame I knew I would love it super durable no issuses with it just took me a minute to understand the spy seatpost clamp.but other than that great frame when this one breaks I'm definitely getting the same one.

I got the frame and a bottom bracket and I tracked my order and it said the package weighs 9.00lbs why does it weigh that much?

Jus got the triad w/an amber fork. It feels great for the short time ive been on it. Any plans to put the martyr frame on as big of a sale as the triad was? Keep the killer parts comin!!! A 26t sprocket would be a killer addition to your parts line.

I really wish this had a steaper headtube angle. Do you guys have any plans on changing the geometry of the frame in the future?

Is the frame heat treated... and to what extent if it is heat treated

Vein Answer:  No this one is not heat treated.  This frame uses thicker tubes so there is no need for the heat treatment process.

So this head tube angle is 74.5 but the martyr has a 75 degree head tube angle?

Vein Answer:  They are both great frames but I would say that for the most abuse I would chose the Triad.

If this frame is only doulble and single butted wouldn't the martyr frame be stronger


Vein Answer:  Double triple or single butted doesn't mean how strong the frame is per say.  It basically means if the say down tube is double butted it is thicker on each end and thinner in the middle reducing weight.  

What is the difference of japanese chromo and 4130a chromo?

Vein Answer:  The Japanese chromoly comes from Japan which is a high grade than you can get in Taiwan.  It is still classified 4130.

can this frame handle 10 foot drops and big jumps?

Vein Answer:  It is built to take a good bit.  The problem with any frame no matter what brand you buy is how you land.  If your smooth a frame lasts a lot long but if you always land like a ton of bricks a frame isn't going to last as long.

This fits a 3/8 right?


Vein Answer:  The drop outs are machined for a 14mm axle.

Ok, i am 6 foot 2 inches and im currently riding a 20 inch frame. I recently learned barspins but for some reason lately when ever i throw them they hit my knees. So, if I but a 21 or 21.25 inch frame would this help reduce the chances of hitting my knees when i barspin. Thanks, it would really help me out alot if you guys could get back to me soon.

what is the difference between the matyr and the triad

VeinBMX.com Answer:  There is a ton of difference.  Aside from the spec differences below, the Martyr uses a different bb and weighs about half a pound less.
Triad:
 100% Japanese Chromoly tubing. Top Tube is Double Butted. Down Tube, Seat Tube, Seat Stays and Chain Stays are Single Butted. BB, Headtube & Dropouts are Hardened Chromoly. Headtubes are Offset Butted (Thicker in the Back, Thinner in The Front)


Martyr:
100% Japanese Post Weld Heat Treated Chromoly tubing. Downtube is Triple Butted. Toptube, Seat Tube, Seatstays and Chainstays are Double Butted. BB, Headtube & Dropouts are Hardened Chromoly. Headtube is Offset Butted

VeinAnswer: it's not going to make much difference. Now, this also depends on who you ask.. some people will disagree and say it makes a big difference.

VEIN BMX Answer:  Those are the gyro tabs, cable mounts and brake mounts.

Will a 2.25 tire fit in the rear end with the wheel slammed ?

VEIN BMX Answer:   A 2.25" tire should fit fine.

what is the standover height. I like low profile.

VEIN BMX Answer:  The distance from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the top tube is 8.8".

if i crack this frame does the warrenty cover it???
